Materials and safety
Pencils or markers; Scissors (used by an adult) and a glue stick for the reward cut-outs; A box or envelope for the chest; Optional: 4-digit lock, 45-minute timer and a tablet or phone.
For ages 3+ with adult supervision; not suitable for under-3s because of small paper pieces. Scissors are always handled by an adult. Hide the chest at children's height in safe places: never up high, near sockets, in a kitchen in use, with cleaning products, near water or outdoors without an adult.
